We are excited to announce that Avon High School softball team will be hosting another special Winter Skills Clinic in 2025, for grades 1st - 8th!
Our Future Eagle Champions will have the opportunity to work with current high school softball coaches and players as they engage in a variety of offensive and defensive drills. Participants will focus on the fundamentals of throwing, fielding, baserunning, hitting, slapping, and bunting. Our goal is to cultivate skills at all levels while fostering a love for the game and teamwork within our Avon community.
Players will be organized into groups based on their grade level, ensuring age-appropriate instruction. Additionally, this training will provide a unique opportunity for younger players to observe and learn along side the older girls, participating in the same drills. This mentorship helps set a high standard and inspires our young athletes to envision their potential and future achievements.
